Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the use of the R7K12 service (hereinafter — the Service), located at r7k12.com.

1. General provisions

• The Service provides tools for analytics, CRM and integration with advertising systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads and others).
• By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
• If you do not agree with the Terms, discontinue use of the Service.

2. Registration and account

• Using the Service may require registration or sign-in through third-party services (Facebook, Google).
• The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
• The user undertakes to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Conditions of use

• The Service is provided "as is".
• The user undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• The user undertakes not to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or the data of other users.
• Automated data collection from the Service without the written consent of the administration is prohibited.

4. Integrations with advertising systems

• When connecting integrations, the user independently grants access to their advertising accounts.
• The Service uses the received data solely to display analytics.
• The user may disconnect an integration at any time.
• The Service administration is not responsible for changes in the APIs of third-party platforms.

5. Limitation of liability

• The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
• The administration is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
• The administration is not responsible for the accuracy of data obtained through third-party APIs.

6. Account and data deletion

The user may request deletion of their account and associated data by sending a request to: 24_05tata@ukr.net.

7. Changes to the terms

The administration reserves the right to change these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
